These services include but are not limited to EIN application, ITIN application, federal tax filings, and similar services concerning tax. It is your responsibility to use safe channels during transfer of any kind of information.

   You must not provide any material that violates any copyright, trade secret, personal data privacy, or other right.

2. Rights and Responsibilities of Afterglow Innovations Inc.
   Termination: Afterglow Innovations Inc. has the authority to terminate a user’s access to its services for breaching the terms of service or other policies on this website.
   Some of the services we provide cannot be terminated or cancelled without paying for the current yearly service fees due to the nature of these services.
   Services we provide on an annual basis (such as mail scanning, registered agent etc.) may be cancelled or terminated if the customer fails to fulfill the necessary payment of the related service.
   Even if the necessary payment is received we may need information from your side before completing/renewing a service. If the information is not received from you in a reasonable time period, we reserve the right to cancel or terminate the related service.
   Afterglow Innovations Inc. reserves the right to keep the service fees and only refund partially (if it is possible).
   
   b. Payment Details:
   By using our services, you agree to pay for all costs incurred by you or on your behalf through your account or e-mail address in US dollars at the pricing in force at the time such charges are incurred.

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for any and all taxes, duties, and charges that may apply to your purchases. It is not our responsibility to inform the customers of each and every type of tax they might owe.
If your payment method is declined, Afterglow Innovations Inc. keeps the right to bill your payment method again. If payment is still not received after we have notified you, we have the right to suspend your access to any Afterglow Innovations Inc. services for which you have not paid and to pursue any balance due via any legal means.
Please be informed that you will remain responsible for all past due payments as well as all collection charges. Bank overdraft fees, collection agency fees, reasonable attorneys’ fees, and any arbitration, mediation, or court expenses are all accounted for.

c. Refund Policy:
We appreciate your business as a valued customer of Afterglow Innovations Inc., and strive to deliver the best services to fit your needs. Nevertheless, due to the nature of our business, we regret to notify you that no refunds or exchanges are available for any services purchased from us.

You agree to our strict no-refund policy by purchasing any service from us. We have the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion.

3. Geographical Limitations
   Afterglow Innovation Inc. is incorporated in Delaware USA therefore the service we provide is subject to USA export controls and limitations. We cannot provide services to you if you are based in a restricted country (e.g., Cuba, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Iran, Syria) or any country to which the United States has embargoed goods, or if you are on the United States Treasury Department’s list of Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) or the United States Commerce Department’s Table of Deny Orders. We make every effort to keep the list on our website up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it is all up to date as legislations, and company and/or institution protocols might change at any time.
   Afterglow Innovation Inc. is under no duty to track and refuse access to the website and services for the aforementioned people but reserves the right to withhold services if it is determined that doing so is prohibited. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are not in breach of this restrictions.
   We, as Afterglow Innovations Inc., offer some of our services with the assistance of 3rd party providers. We have no discretion over their actions and therefore we can not be held liable for the restrictions they impose on their customers e.g. bank account applications where the banks have their own set of rules in compliance with the legislations.
   In such a case, Afterglow reserves the right not to issue a refund.
